Surrounding neighborhood was cool to explore if you're looking to shop. Ginza was a short walk (10 minutes away). Yakitori alley was 2 minutes away. Great for late night vibes and food. The nearest train station was close (a few minutes walk). We also had the breakfast (around 1500-1700 yen) for one morning and it was superb. You pick your base set (Japanese or western) and then there's an AYCE section that included miscellaneous food (Miso soup, yogurt, bread, natto, etc.). You also get a nice street view from the second floor. Staff was friendly and there is a designated english-speaking staff member. We also did luggage forwarding which was on the far left of the check in counter. Staff was extremely helpful and filled in the paperwork when asked.

1. The location is fantastic. There are three different Metro lines around the hotel. Moreover, there are also many great restaurants and bars around. And just 3 mins walk, you can go shopping at Ginza. Most importantly, if you love jogging/running, you can definitely enjoy running around the Palace since Remm Hibiya is very close to the Palace. A round trip from the hotel and running one round of Palace is about 7k. 2. The size of the guest room is okay for one person, but a bit small for two. But I guess it is normal in Tokyo, especially in the central Hiniya area. Although it is not that spacious, it is indeed clean and comfortable.

I like the massage chair but I had little time staying in the room. I wish I could have more time so that I could use it for relaxation. The location of Remm is fairly good. The meeting venues where I had to attend meetings were just walking distance from Remm. Big Camera store is also near the hotel. Breakfast ... I love it. Over the three nights of stay, I enjoyed each morning Japanese style breakfast as well as other things like soup of the day, Miso soup, hot coffee, etc.

We stayed in several hotels during our three weeks in Tokyo/Singapore. I did not rate this room until we completed our journey and we had a feel for the good and bad hotels the reality is, Japan hotel rooms are small. This room was done right for Tokyo hotels. The room and bathroom were fairly sized and allowed us to comfortably stay (including accessing clothing etc I luggage). We stayed in 5 different hotels all in the same price range and this is a good pick.

Blinds that actually make the room fully dark, which is helpful if you want to sleep late. The massage chair is a great touch, and works well to soothe your back. It provided both an extension with USB plugs, as well as a connector with a variety of interfaces for charging. Decent drip coffee bags at the reception (but don't get your hopes too high up). Extremely conveniently located, close to Ginza and a brisk walk - or one stop - away from Tokyo station.
